The Huawei LUNA2000-5-E0 5kWh battery module with a capacity of 5 kWh is suitable for use with the Huawei SUN2000L, SUN2000-L1, SUN2000-M0 and SUN2000-M1 inverters. The system is modular, which allows up to 6 Stack Huawei LUNA2000-5-E0 batteries with 5 kWh capacity each. This means that a battery storage system with a total capacity of up to 30 kWh can be built. This allows for flexible adaptation to different requirements and allows storage capacity to be scaled according to the user's needs.

Please perform a thorough inspection immediately upon receipt of your order. First, look for obvious signs of rough handling, broken boxes, or open packaging. If you find damage to the shipment, write "DAMAGE" on the bill of lading or delivery note and note the specific damage on the bill of lading or delivery note. Notify the driver and take photos of any damage. If you are unable to fully inspect the item at the time of delivery, note "TO BE INSPECTED" next to your signature. SongSolar, Inc. will arrange shipments with recognized freight and parcel service providers in European countries. Materials shipped will be packaged in accordance with published freight standards for products and related equipment. Tracking codes and contact information for carriers will be provided in a timely manner.

The customer agrees that SongSolar is not responsible for damage to the product or the cost of replacing the material found during shipment at the time of shipment or after shipment. In the event of damage, the customer undertakes to claim compensation directly from the freight forwarder. SongSolar will do its best to assist the customer in making the claim and will provide the customer with the original shipping information.
