We accept returns for exchange 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion, we may only offer an exchange after 7 calendar days. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition.” The definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

Items have NOT been installed and are in working condition.

Without showing any signs of wear or damage.

Within 7 calendar days from the delivery date (no returns are possible after 7 days).

May not be special order or custom made.

Unless it is stated that it cannot be returned or has a return period other than the 7 days stated in the specific item description.

If an item is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact customer service immediately ( s ).

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the components listed in the order meet the installation conditions, required project specifications and all applicable safety regulations. SongSolar reserves the right to substitute equivalent items based on availability or product compatibility.

Buyer agrees that the project/customer address and items listed on the order form are correct. SongSolar reserves the right to verify the project/customer address and items before accepting orders.

Returns deemed to be in good condition will incur a 35% to 50% restocking fee.

Returns are subject to inspection of the items upon receipt by SongSolar.

Items returned that are not damaged will be subject to a restocking fee of between 35% and 50%.

Again, you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return an item. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be exchanged or credited.
