Shipping
Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days. If you do not receive your product within 14 days, please be assured that we are still working to ship your order as soon as possible.

Other Shipping Policy
Please perform a thorough inspection immediately upon receipt of your order. First, look for obvious signs of rough handling, broken boxes, or open packaging. If you find damage to the shipment, write "DAMAGE" on the bill of lading or delivery note and note the specific damage on the bill of lading or delivery note. Notify the driver and take photos of any damage. If you are unable to fully inspect the item at the time of delivery, note "TO BE INSPECTED" next to your signature. Note if the number of the pallet, box or bundle matches the bill of lading. If an item is missing, notify the driver and note it on the document before signing. SongSolar will not be liable for any additional costs for replacement materials if the receipt is not properly documented at the time of delivery. Once the carrier has left, you will have the opportunity to request a refund from the carrier. Once you sign the delivery receipt, you assume responsibility for the items delivered. Never sign a delivery note without noting any damage or "to be inspected". Take clear photos of the delivery note and the damaged item.
SongSolar, Inc. will arrange shipments with recognized freight and parcel service providers in European countries. Materials shipped will be packaged in accordance with published freight standards for products and related equipment. Tracking codes and contact information for carriers will be provided in a timely manner.
The customer agrees that SongSolar is not responsible for damage to the product or the cost of replacing the material found during shipment at the time of shipment or after shipment. In the event of damage, the customer undertakes to claim compensation directly from the freight forwarder. SongSolar will do its best to assist the customer in making the claim and will provide the customer with the original shipping information.
After confirming that the problem is with the product itself, please contact customer service in advance and send the appropriate error video and performance of all connected devices. Matsuri will do its best to provide a new order of the same or similar product to replace the damaged product.
Contact the carrier and SongSolar within 72 hours. send a description of the damage, quantity and photos to service@songsolar.com.
