The MOD 10KTL3-XH BP inverter from Growatt allows you to use solar energy for your own needs and thus become more independent of rising electricity costs. Please perform a thorough inspection immediately upon receipt of your order. First, look for obvious signs of rough handling, broken boxes, or open packaging. If you find damage to the shipment, write "DAMAGE" on the bill of lading or delivery note and note the specific damage on the bill of lading or delivery note. SongSolar, Inc. will arrange shipments with recognized freight and parcel service providers in European countries. Materials shipped will be packaged in accordance with published freight standards for products and related equipment. Tracking codes and contact information for carriers will be provided in a timely manner.

The customer agrees that SongSolar is not responsible for damage to the product or the cost of replacing the material found during shipment at the time of shipment or after shipment. In the event of damage, the customer undertakes to claim compensation directly from the freight forwarder. SongSolar will do its best to assist the customer in making the claim and will provide the customer with the original shipping information.
